While we are a small company, we are committed to offering medical, dental and vision employees to part-time and full-time staff. Although our size does not require this per the Affordable Care Act (ACA), we are devoted to giving employees what they need to care for themselves and their families.
In addition to base pay, we want our employees to strive towards financial freedom in retirement. We contribute every pay period 25 percent of an employee's salary into a SEP IRA account. Employee's do not need to contribute a dime. Payments start on day one and you are fully invested right away.
We consider ourselves a learning organization, committed to constant improvements and always working to advance. We are dedicated to providing employees the training and advancement they need to be successful. Employees have access to a variety of training courses and the full LinkedIn Learning enterprise catalogue to explore new ideas and business related topics.
We also want our employees to succeed and be satisfied with their career with SMQC. We encourage employees to regularly discuss career progression with their supervisors and we offer an optional mentorship program.
Each year employees receive a stipend to setup or improve their home offices. This is just one more way we show our employees we care, even if we are not sitting side by side working in a traditional office setting.
