Supply Chain Risk Analyst

Show Me Quality Consulting (SMQC) is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Risk Analyst. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, be a United States citizen, be quick learners, possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive, collaborative attitude and the desire to improve. 

The analyst will conduct supplier research of business, market, technical, cybersecurity and other factors to identify organizational risks. Expertise in all areas is not required. Analysts are expected to: 

• lead analytic efforts and the development of analytic products to include papers and presentations
• coordinate taskings with team members
• contribute to process improvements 
• support supplier monitoring 
• assist in designing supplier metrics 
• help maintain supplier records 
• possess strong research, technical, analytical, organizational, writing and communication capabilities 
• be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a remote team 
• possess excellent Microsoft Word skills, including formatting and the ability to strictly adhere to template and format requirements 
• help maintain and improve SMQC’s internal processes and quality management system.  

A BA/BS degree is required and all employees must pass drug screening and general background checks conducted by government customers (security clearance not required).

Desired experience: Supply Chain Analysis, Risk Analysis, Business Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Template Developments, NASA/DOD Experience and/or Quality Assurance.

All SMQC employees work remotely from home offices. Candidates must have home office capability within the continental United States, including a private, quiet space to conduct work with secure internet access. Occasional travel may be required but no significant, consistent travel is expected for this position. Benefits include employer-paid health, dental and vision insurance premiums. Additionally, each SMQC employee receives a monthly IRA contribution equal to 25% of their salary – no match required – and are 100% vested from the beginning.
